Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our team at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, you will provide specialist clinical pharmacy services and advice to a specified clinical specialty, demonstrating a high level of clinical effectiveness. You will also manage and develop the delivery of medicines to Basildon hospital patients through homecare services in accordance with current regulatory and national standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide specialist clinical pharmacy services and advice to a specified clinical specialty
- Manage and develop the delivery of medicines to Basildon hospital patients through homecare services
- Lead and develop a high-quality pharmacy service to patients within Basildon requiring biologics therapy

**Requirements**

- Member of GPhC
- MPharm Degree
- Extensive relevant Pharmacy experience including providing a clinical pharmacy service
- Line management experience
