About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Administrator to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our healthcare operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our patient administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to our healthcare teams, ensuring that all patient queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
  • Referral Management: Manage referrals from our Referral Management Centre, including triage and adherence to the 18-week Referral to Treatment within set timescales.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Contribute to the day-to-day management of our patient administrative processes, ensuring that all patients, visitors, consultants, and staff receive a professional and standard service.
Requirements
  • Maths and English GCSE: Hold Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
  • IT Skills: Be proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
  • Financial Awareness: Have basic financial awareness.
  • Administration Experience: Have previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment.
