Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Coordinator to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • First Point of Contact: Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for patients, staff, visitors, consultants, and contractors.
  • Referral Management: Manage referrals from the Referral Management Centre, including triage and adherence to the 18-week Referral to Treatment within set timescales.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Contribute to the day-to-day management of patient administrative processes, ensuring efficient and professional service delivery.
Requirements
  • Maths and English GCSE: Hold Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
  • IT Skills: Be proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
  • Financial Awareness: Have basic financial awareness.
  • Administration Experience: Possess previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment.
