About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team at Queens Court. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients and supporting the medical team in delivering excellent healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist in medical procedures and examinations
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Hold a valid Nursing degree and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Possess strong anatomy knowledge to effectively assess patient conditions
- Proficient in medication administration following prescribed protocols
- Prior experience in patient care within a healthcare setting is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathise with patients
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
