About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our team at Priory Hospital Hayes Grove. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centered care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct care and interventions to patients, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, while maintaining professional accountabilities as a registrant.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive patient care plans, ensuring the needs of patients are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Accurately record patient information and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Qualified Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) with active NMC Registration.
  • Knowledge of NMC Standards, guidelines, requests, and professional practices.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • IT literate.
