Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Community Nurse to join our team at Standard Nursing Agency and Care Services Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their healthcare needs.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment.
- Perform various nursing procedures as required, including administering medications and providing wound care.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Must be a registered nurse with a valid nursing license.
- Have a minimum of 6 months of community nursing experience.
- Be a car driver with a valid driving license.
- Have a strong focus on providing high-quality patient care.
- Be reliable, hard-working, and flexible.
