Position Overview

As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will be a vital contributor to maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your responsibilities will include the thorough cleaning and upkeep of guest accommodations, communal spaces, linen storage, and supply areas, while consistently delivering exceptional service standards.

Your duties will encompass the servicing of hotel rooms and public spaces in accordance with established company protocols and within designated time limits. You will be well-versed in the agreed-upon cleaning standards and presentation for all room types, promptly reporting any damages or issues to facilitate timely repairs.

Additionally, you will be tasked with returning all cleaning equipment to their designated storage areas at the conclusion of each shift, ensuring that both storage and workspaces remain organized and tidy.
