**Facilities Co-Ordinator**
**Position Concept**
Provide superior customer service to meet customer expectations.
Directly support the Facility Manager with all on-going and planned facility related responsibilities.
Work with Facility Manager to handle routine property management operations, including Procurement of property supplies and services, direct customer engagement & liaison.
Ensure all stat compliance works are managed, documented and up to date.
Issuing purchase orders, processing of accounts payable and accounts receivables.
**Duties to include**:
Acts as an interface with client, visitors, and guests. Acts collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and service orientation.
Assist Facility Manager with tactical planning for the facilities team's goals and objectives.
Provides support for guests, visitors, and employees at client locations.
Assists with receiving and dispatching of work requests to technical staff, vendors or other services providers.
Resolves problems associated with all building services including janitorial, Lab areas, waste management, food service, coffee services, parking, vending, badging, conference rooms, as well as interior and exterior furnishings, fixtures and equipment.
Reads and understands the applicable Service Level Agreements, helps achieve the Key Performance Indicators and scores favorably on the client satisfaction surveys.
Ensures appropriate follow up with customers.
Seeks to continuously improve processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction.
Provides direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with mínimal disruption, as needed.
Compiles and prepares reports for management review and use.
**Personal Specification**
- Excellent customer service skills and communication. The ability to deal with all levels of staff/management/customers.
- Enthusiasm and Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation.
- Strong organizational skills and collaborative style needed.
- Proficient on MS office, IT and report writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision - plan and manage work under time constraints.
- Demonstrate a willingness to attend on and off-site training, this may require nights away from home due to the nature of the specialist training.
- A high level of initiative, with drive to continuously improve the operation.Integrity, honesty, and punctuality is expected.
- Collaborative Team Player, who works effectively to achieve common goals.

**Core Hours**: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm
**Location**: To be primarily based on-site within Basildon,Essex.
