Position Overview

As a Housekeeping Team Member, your contribution is vital in maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment for our guests. You will be tasked with the thorough cleaning and upkeep of all guest areas, including guest rooms, communal spaces, linen storage, and supply areas, while consistently ensuring exceptional service standards.

Your responsibilities will include servicing hotel accommodations and public spaces according to company guidelines and within designated time frames. You will be well-versed in the established cleaning protocols and presentation standards for all room types, promptly reporting any damages or issues to facilitate timely repairs.

Additionally, you will ensure that all cleaning equipment is returned to its designated storage areas at the end of each shift, maintaining cleanliness and organization in both storerooms and workspaces.

  • Previous experience in a similar role with a strong focus on detail-oriented housekeeping.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and pride in maintaining clean and well-kept guest accommodations and public areas.
  • A reliable team player who is punctual and capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues.
  • Excellent time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks to ensure all areas are cleaned to high standards within set time limits.
  • Physically fit, able to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving heavy items, standing for long periods, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
