Cost Estimation Specialist

We are seeking a Cost Estimation Specialist to become a vital part of our Infrastructure team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive understanding of NEC4 contracts and commercial legislation
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and subcontractor engagements
- Familiarity with commercial digital platforms (such as Oracle, CEMAR, and Project Wise)
- Insight into commercial partnerships and shared success with clients
- Offer commercial guidance to project delivery teams
- Strong initiative coupled with a proactive attitude
- Effective Decision Making - Will share information transparently, involve relevant stakeholders in decisions, and make timely, informed choices
- Accountability - Will ensure that commitments are clearly defined and upheld, fostering a culture of accountability
- Constructive Challenge - Will welcome diverse perspectives and express opinions candidly, even in challenging situations
