  • Evaluate project risk levels and provide insights for mitigation.
  • Support bidding processes for new contracts and assist procurement activities.
  • Track project expenses throughout various phases to maintain budget compliance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in cost estimation within the construction sector, with a focus on windows and doors preferred.
  • Proficient in utilizing internal estimating software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent numerical aptitude.
  • Computer savvy, ideally with familiarity in pricing software.
  • Valid driver's license is preferred.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and sense of humor.
