Job Description

Our Estimating department currently has an open position for individuals to join the Estimating team, dedicated to delivering tender proposals. This role entails ensuring the completion of tenders aligns with survey details and bid specifications, providing comprehensive detail and costing within the specified deadlines. The primary objective is to guarantee accurate costing for each project, meeting all essential client requirements. Effective communication with manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and clients is crucial for success in this role.

Goals and Objectives:

• Develop win strategies and prelims against tender programmes for projects.

• Translate business strategy and objectives into winning Tender responses, create and implement winning bids.

• Actively promote and implement best practice processes and outputs.

Responsibilities:

• Review of new enquiries into the business

• Ensure technical and commercial compliance with all Customer technical & specification requirements

• Prepare all tender return documentations including but not limited to response documents, technical compliance statements, project programmes (in Projects), technical schematics

Qualifications

Qualifications/ Experience/Knowledge

• Experience working under pressure and managing multiple overlapping quick deadlines. • Experience of the Security industry and compliance standards.

• Competence in the operation of all relevant Information Technology solutions and applications, including (but not limited to) Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Projects), Countfire

• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work.
