We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all costs related to projects from initial calculations to final figures.

The successful applicant will have a strong background in construction project management and be able to work independently. They will be responsible for preparing cost estimates and budgets, conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments, managing project finances, and monitoring and controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • An estimated salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
