Commercial Project Manager

Project Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team and assist on highly technical engineering projects worth £50 million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the financial aspects of assigned projects, tracking performance against contractual timelines, and reporting any issues to Project Managers.
- Submit monthly progress applications for ongoing projects.
- Review tender allowances and submit variation requests.
- Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with clients.
- Develop and update spreadsheet analyses regularly.
- Ensure cost control is upheld throughout the procurement, delivery, and design phases, continuing through to the final account stage.
- Adopt a commercial mindset to proactively identify and propose cost-saving measures within the business.
- Generate monthly cost and value forecasts.
- Prepare tender and contract documentation.
- Support various day-to-day Quantity Surveying tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Worked on large commercial projects
- Quantity Surveyor or similar
- IT skills in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
