We are excited to present an opportunity to join our client's team as a CNC Engineering Specialist within their dynamic manufacturing department. They are seeking an individual with a solid background as a CNC Engineering Specialist who possesses a comprehensive understanding of operating CNC machinery.

As a CNC Engineering Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Programming both new and existing CNC machines to meet engineering specifications.
- Developing methods and instructions for manufacturing products in line with engineering standards and technical drawings.
- Creating manufacturing equipment and fixtures based on design specifications.
- Leading team development initiatives focused on machine operation, process efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Conducting fault finding and testing to minimize maintenance downtime.
- Collaborating with design engineers to facilitate new product launches.
To excel as a CNC Engineering Specialist, you will possess:
- A degree or HND equivalent in mechanical or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience as a CNC Engineering Specialist with a thorough understanding of CNC machinery operation.
- Extensive experience in a Manufacturing Engineering environment.
- Leadership skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in computer programming with relevant software packages.
- Familiarity with MAZAK CNC machines is preferred.
