Job Overview

A leading law firm, Law Absolute, is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Bid Analysis Manager. This position is a key member of the established pitch team, reporting directly to the Head of Pitch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the process for responding to firmwide Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), including leading kickoff meetings and 'go/no go' discussions, participating in strategy sessions, drafting targeted, high-quality content, and updating and managing responses.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team and other stakeholders to develop and manage business development training for attorneys.
  • Coach and prepare attorneys for client pitches and presentations.
  • Manage and improve the firm's proposal and pitch tracking database.
  • Work with the Business Development team to ensure lawyers participate in post-RFP evaluations to obtain feedback.
  • Based on RFP results, identify new areas of growth and proactively help develop a strategy for pursuing these opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bids management within professional services, with a strong background in the legal sector being a significant advantage.
  • Experience in training and mentoring senior stakeholders on the bids process and a track record of producing winning proposals.
