Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Proposals Manager to lead our proposal development efforts for complex defence and security projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing proposal strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute proposal strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop high-quality proposals that meet customer requirements
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop compelling proposal content
  • Manage proposal budgets and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in proposal development

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in proposal development and management, preferably in the defence and security sector
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful proposal strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
