Job Title: Proposal Management Lead

Babcock International Group is seeking a skilled Proposal Management Lead to join our team. As a Proposal Management Lead, you will play a critical role in the development and submission of high-quality proposals to secure new business opportunities.

The Role

As a Proposal Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading the proposal management function, including resource planning, quality management, and training and development of team members. You will work closely with directors to develop and implement effective proposal strategies and ensure that all proposals are compliant, concise, and compelling.

  • Develop and implement proposal strategies to secure new business opportunities
  • Lead the proposal management function, including resource planning, quality management, and training and development of team members

  • Support the development and coaching of continuous improvement in proposal management and writing

Essential Experience

  • Experience of line managing a department/team
  • Strong experience of effective proposal management and proposal writing on large, complex and/or strategic bids
  • Strong experience of Shipley proposal practices
  • Strong ability to identify and articulate customer value
  • Workshop facilitation skills

Qualifications

  • Project Management qualifications

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
