About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Commercial Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead collaborative discussions with cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement
  • Conduct analytics and data analysis to inform project decisions and drive business growth
  • Ensure timely escalations and issue resolution, adhering to our escalation matrix and organizational structure
  • Track and monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
  • Manage the annual event calendar, coordinating with stakeholders and teams to ensure successful event delivery
  • Review and update integration plans, processes, and procedures to ensure seamless integration into our systems
  • Coordinate with various divisions and departments to progress and deliver the integration plan

Requirements

  • Previous experience in project management within a matrix organization
  • Ability to quickly gain an understanding of our underlying processes and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence key stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented, with a self-motivated approach to producing impactful work
  • Experience with core business platforms, such as Salesforce, and reporting and visualization tools, such as PowerBI or Tableau
