About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team at Edenred PayTech. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for administering the creation, change, disablement, and removal of all staff and customer access to our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the creation, change, disablement, and removal of all staff and customer access to our systems, ensuring compliance with our security policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a full audit trail of all actions performed, by whom, and when, to enable accountability and ensure transparency.
  • Assist the business in the administration of the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) matrix, ensuring that access rights are up-to-date and aligned with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain a suite of standards via documentation, with regular review and approvals to ensure governance and working practices are kept up-to-date.
  • Proactively communicate issues and problems to ensure no bottlenecks, technical debt, or risks are introduced into the Identity and Access Management function.
Requirements
  • Excellent standards of communication at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • High level of attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to work in a small, autonomous team.
  • Technically competent and able to pick up new technologies quickly.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in a high-responsibility role.
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge and exposure to Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence).
  • Familiarity with common authentication stacks and their management (Active Directory, IPA, Relation Databases, AWS IAM).
  • Experience of working in a financial institution.
