About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IdAM Analyst to join our team at PROWEBCE, a leading provider of innovative solutions for businesses. As an IdAM Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the creation, change, disablement, and removal of all staff and customer access to any and all systems within our platform.
  • Maintain a full audit trail of all actions performed, by whom, and when to enable accountability and compliance.
  • Assist the business in the administration of the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) matrix, ensuring that access and rights processes are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a suite of standards and documentation to ensure governance and working practices are kept up-to-date.
  • Proactively communicate issues and problems to ensure no bottlenecks, technical debt, or risks are introduced into the IdAM function.

Requirements:

  • Excellent standards of communication at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • High level of attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to work in a small, autonomous team.
  • Technically competent and able to pick up new technologies quickly.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in a high-responsibility role.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge and exposure to Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence).
  • Familiarity with common authentication stacks and their management (Active Directory, IPA, Relation Databases, AWS IAM).
  • Experience of working in a financial institution.
