Key Responsibilities- Administer the creation, modification, and removal of user access to systems and applications, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Maintain a comprehensive audit trail of all access requests and changes, ensuring accountability and transparency.
- Collaborate with the business to administer the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) matrix, ensuring that access rights are aligned with job roles and responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain documentation standards for access control processes, ensuring governance and compliance.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential security risks and issues to ensure the integrity of our systems and data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Technical competence in Identity and Access Management systems and technologies, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in a high-responsibility role.
- Knowledge and experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence).
- Familiarity with common authentication stacks and their management (Active Directory, IPA, relational databases, AWS IAM).
- Experience working in a financial institution or similar industry.
