Job Title: Head of Apprenticeships

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Head of Apprenticeships. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to improve elective access and enhance data quality across the Trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve elective access and reduce waiting times.
  • Lead the Trust RTT Validation Team and ensure accurate and timely reporting of RTT performance.
  • Design, implement, and monitor Trust Access Policies to drive financial targets and improve operational delivery.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and execute the data management governance model, including data ownership and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage a Data Strategy and Data Quality Policy to ensure timely, accurate, and complete data.
Requirements:
  • Educated to Masters level or equivalent experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of RTT and access pathways, with experience in managing senior teams.
  • Ability to motivate stakeholders and deliver complex concepts to senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and suggest solutions.
  • Knowledge of informatics and national reporting processes.
