Complaints Resolution Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Complaints Handler to join our team at S4 Personnel Limited. As a Complaints Handler, you will be responsible for managing escalated complaints and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Update the database with every conversation and flag potential issues to the Team Leader
- Complete regular reports summarizing complaints and actions
- Build strong working relationships with other departments to resolve complaints
- Work to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and be monitored against these
Requirements:
- Experience in complaints handling or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Final Response letters is advantageous
