Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Complaints Advisor to join our team at S4 Personnel Ltd. As a Complaints Advisor, you will be responsible for managing escalated complaints and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve complaints received in an appropriate manner
  • Update the database with every conversation and flag-up any potential issues to the Team Leader
  • Complete regular reports summarizing complaints and actions
  • Build good work-relationships with other departments to resolve complaints
  • Work to SLAs and be monitored against these

Requirements:

  • Experience of Final Response letters is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
