Behaviour Intervention Specialist

Academics Ltd is seeking a Behaviour Intervention Specialist to support students with challenging behaviour in the classroom. As a Behaviour Intervention Specialist, you will play a vital role in promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation in students.
Responsibilities:
* Work directly with students to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
* Help create a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
* Monitor and document student behaviour and provide feedback
* Support students in developing social skills and conflict resolution strategies
* Collaborate with the school team to identify triggers and develop proactive approaches to behaviour management
* Help model healthy coping strategies and social skills
What you need to be a Behaviour Intervention Specialist:
* Experience working with students with challenging behaviour
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with the school team
* Knowledge of behaviour intervention strategies and techniques
* Ability to maintain a safe and positive learning environment
