Behaviour Mentor Role Overview
We are seeking a well-organized and proactive individual to join our Behaviour & Inclusion Team as a Behaviour Mentor. This role involves providing support for students facing social, emotional, and/or behavioural challenges, helping them overcome barriers to learning both inside and outside of school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the provision of tailored support for students with social, emotional, and/or behaviour difficulties.
- Implement and support positive behaviour strategies across the school.
- Foster strong, effective relationships with students to make a significant impact on their lives and successes.
- Work collaboratively with other adults to ensure impactful provision for young people.
- Develop and maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Additional Information:
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent at a later date. Protocol Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We undertake safeguarding checks on all workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education', this may also include an online search as part of our due diligence on shortlisted applicants.
