Behaviour Mentor

We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their behaviour and academic development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students, helping them to develop positive behaviour and academic skills.
- Support small groups of students, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and mentor students' behaviour, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Keep accurate records of student progress and learning activities.
- Provide written feedback on student behaviour and progress.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and a confident manner.
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate and positive role model, able to inspire and motivate students.
- Calm and approachable, with a patient and empathetic approach.
