Protocol Education is seeking a skilled Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a Mainstream Secondary School. The successful candidate will have experience supporting young people facing barriers and will be joining a supportive, friendly, inclusive, mixed, multi-ethnic 11-18 Mainstream secondary school.
Key Responsibilities:- Run the facility for pupils who are struggling to fully engage in education 1-1
- Support students with challenging behaviour, engagement, and attendance
- Communicate regularly and effectively with pupils, staff, and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent at a later date.
