Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Coordinator to join our EMEA team at ISS. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our operations across EMEA meet the highest standards of compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate compliance standards across EMEA regions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational and audit information for all ISS EMEA sites
  • Ensure uniformity in EMEA Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks
  • Report compliance information into the ISS UK Tririga/Insight system
  • Support Health and Safety (H&S) alignment with the UK CRES team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain the SharePoint filing system
  • Ensure effective communication with clients and contractors
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in compliance coordination
  • Strong knowledge of compliance management and regulations
  • Awareness of project and operational standards
  • Excellent IT skills
