Facilities Management Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Hatty Blue Recruitment Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of a portfolio of contracts, leading a team of 30 front-of-house staff spread across 25 sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly site visits to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency
- Lead a team of 30 front-of-house staff, providing training and support to ensure the highest standards of service are met
- Maintain strong client relationships, working closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations across all sites
- Oversee training, performance management, and employee welfare, ensuring that all contractual requirements are fulfilled
- Drive service improvements and ensure that all sites are operating efficiently
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in a customer service environment, including one year in a supervisory role
- Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with HR processes
- Knowledge of front-of-house reception operations is advantageous but not essential
