We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Pareto Facilities Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations for key accounts across multiple sites, including direct ownership and delivery through direct reports.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and Pareto FM teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Oversee financial performance of each contract, including monthly invoicing activities, and focus on innovation in service delivery to exceed customer contractual requirements.
- Lead the operational and strategic delivery of facilities management contracts, including project management and key account management practices.
- Ensure regular reporting and review is in place for all accounts in area of responsibility, and communicate any contract changes to the Senior Team and monitor contract spend against budget.
- 7+ years of suitable, recent, and relevant FM experience.
- IWFM qualification (or similar) level 5 or above.
- Minimum of IOSH Managing Safely qualified or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of FM service delivery across all services lines.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage own workload and work on own initiative.
- Ability to work in, and adapt to, a rapidly changing environment, and comfortable challenging poor standards or behavior and implementing change.
