About the Role

Pareto Facilities Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time, UK-based role that will involve managing one of our major accounts, a leading online gaming business.

As an Account Director, you will work closely with the Associate Director to execute the activities needed to ensure that all accounts are maintained to the highest standards and that our clients' properties operate efficiently. We are looking for a candidate who is vibrant, enthusiastic, and customer-focused, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the facilities management team, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and working to exceed their service expectations.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of facilities management services to our clients, ensuring that they are of the highest quality and meet our clients' needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our facilities management services.
  • Performance Management: Lead performance management activities for the facilities management team, ensuring that they are meeting their performance targets and objectives.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for the facilities management team, ensuring that they are aligned with our clients' needs and expectations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that our facilities management services are delivered in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and that we are managing risk effectively.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with our clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring that they are informed and engaged throughout the facilities management process.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 8-10 years of demonstrable facilities management experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Qualifications: A formal IWFM qualification or similar, ideally at Level 5 or higher.
  • Technical Competencies: Standard H&S related FM training, e.g. IOSH, NEBOSH, and general FM training, e.g. L8 Awareness, Fire Warden training.
  • Personal Qualities: A dedicated professional approach, acting with integrity, and being fully engaged with colleagues, clients, and teams.
