About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Pareto Facilities Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations for key accounts across multiple sites, including direct ownership and delivery through direct reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and Pareto FM teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee financial performance of each contract, including monthly invoicing activities, and focus on innovation in service delivery to exceed customer contractual requirements.
  • Lead the operational and strategic delivery of facilities management contracts, including project management and key account management practices.
  • Ensure regular reporting and review is in place for all accounts in area of responsibility, and communicate any contract changes to the Senior Team and monitor contract spend against budget.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of suitable, recent, and relevant FM experience.
  • IWFM qualification (or similar) level 5 or above.
  • Minimum of IOSH Managing Safely qualified or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of FM service delivery across all services lines.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage own workload and work on own initiative.
  • Ability to work in, and adapt to, a rapidly changing environment, and comfortable challenging poor standards or behavior and implementing change.
