Job Title: Ecommerce National Account Manager
About the Role:
We are partnering with a leading housewares brand to find a talented Ecommerce National Account Manager to join our team at MacGregor Black. This is a remote-based role that requires a proven track record of managing key online accounts and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage account P&L, implement agreed pricing strategies, and deliver agreed sales targets.
- eCommerce Strategy: Work closely with the eCommerce Directors to deliver agreed sales, margin, and performance KPIs.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use a data-driven approach to draw insights and make recommendations to internal team members to drive account performance and implement strategic objectives.
- Promotional Planning: Create own 12-month promotional and activation plans to drive sales growth.
- Customer Relationships: Own the relationship with customers and develop influential partnerships to drive business growth.
- Supply Chain Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to be the voice of the customer base internally to drive change and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Digital Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams and other key stakeholders to ensure digital and online opportunities are maximised.
Requirements:
- FMCG Sales Experience: Proven track record working within FMCG sales.
- Consumer Goods Experience: Consumer goods and housewares experience preferred but not essential.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration and Communication: Ability to build and lead external solid customer and internal cross-functional relationships.
- eCommerce and Digital Marketing: Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
- Financial Acumen: Good understanding of P&L management is necessary.
