Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and driven National Account Manager to join our team at Network Scientific Recruitment. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth by managing and developing relationships with key strategic National Accounts and online retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute joint business plans to maximize in-store and online activations
  • Continually review product selection and availability to ensure optimal sales performance
  • Develop a customer strategy to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage account P&L to ensure profitability and growth
  • Create and own 12-month promotion, activation, and NPD plans to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with designated customers at all levels

Requirements:

  • Proven success in the FMCG industry with experience in sales and business development
  • Experience working with Amazon, Argos, JS, or other online retailers
  • Understanding of the nuances of the online retail market and ability to adapt to changing trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with all levels and departments
  • Target-driven and results-oriented with a focus on delivering sales growth and revenue
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
