We are partnering with a leading housewares brand to find an Ecommerce National Account Manager to join our team at MacGregor Black.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage account profitability, implement pricing strategies, and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce Directors to deliver sales, margin, and performance KPIs.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategic objectives and drive account performance.
  • Create 12-month promotional and activation plans.
  • Develop influential partnerships with customers.
  • Work cross-functionally to drive supply chain improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to maximize digital opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in FMCG sales.
  • Consumer goods and housewares experience preferred.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial acumen, including P&L management.
  • Ability to build and lead external customer and internal cross-functional relationships.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
