Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and driven National Account Manager to join our team at Network Scientific Ltd. to help us continue our business growth and success in the non-food consumer goods sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive profitable growth by managing and developing relationships with key strategic National Accounts and online retailers.
  • Develop joint business plans to maximise in-store and online activation.
  • Review product selection and availability to ensure optimal sales performance.
  • Develop a customer strategy to build strong relationships with designated customers.
  • Manage account P&L to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Create and own 12-month promotion, activation, and NPD plans to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in the FMCG industry with experience in managing National Accounts and online retailers.
  • Experience of working with Amazon, Argos, JS, or other online retailers.
  • Understanding of the nuances of the online retail market.
  • Ability to build relationships with all levels and departments.
  • Creativity in problem-solving and ability to think outside the box.
  • Target-driven/results-oriented with a focus on delivering results.
  • Excellent team player with ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to drive business growth.
