Job Opportunity: Ecommerce National Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce National Account Manager to join our team at MacGregor Black. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing joint business plans to maximize in-store and online activations, achieve sales and profit targets, and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage account P&L, implement agreed pricing strategies, and deliver agreed sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the eCommerce Directors to deliver agreed sales, margin, and performance KPIs.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Using a data-driven approach, draw insight and make recommendations to internal team members to drive account performance and implement various strategic objectives.
  • Promotional Planning: Create own 12-month promotional and activation plans.
  • Customer Relationships: Own the relationship with customers and develop influential partnerships.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to be the voice of your customer base internally to drive change.
  • Digital Opportunities: Collaborate with marketing teams and other key stakeholders to ensure digital and online opportunities are maximized.

Requirements:

  • FMCG Sales Experience: Proven track record working within FMCG sales.
  • Consumer Goods Knowledge: Consumer goods and housewares experience preferred but not essential.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Go-Getter Attitude: Go-getter, able to navigate ambiguity.
  • Financial Acumen: A good understanding of P&L management is necessary.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and lead external solid customer and internal cross-functional relationships.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
