Job Summary:

Kerry Collins Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Experience Team Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has knowledge of exports and previous team leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize the sales order processing activities to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Manage and support a team of 5, including the credit control team, to achieve exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage sickness, absence, performance development, and carry out one-to-ones when required to ensure team members are equipped to succeed.
  • Manage the sales orders process for both UK and international markets, ensuring seamless processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in team leadership within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of exports and sales order processing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
