Customer Experience Team Leader

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the sales order processing activities, managing a team of 5, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales orders for both UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee sales order processing activities to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Manage and support a team of 5, including credit control team
  • Manage sickness, absence, performance development, and conduct one-to-ones as required
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasting reports
  • Be the main point of contact for escalations and communication between warehouse, factory, and other internal departments

Requirements:
