Job Title: Order Processing Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Order Processing Team Lead to join our team at Hart Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the sales order processing activities, managing sickness, absence, performance development, and carrying out one-to-ones when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize the sales order processing activities
  • Manage sickness, absence, performance development, and carry out one-to-ones when required
  • Manage the sales orders process for both UK and international markets, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions
  • Help engage with customers via the telephone, email, or chat to schedule field service bookings based on their preference and service availability

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Team Leader, ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and sales order processing/administration
