Order Processing Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Order Processing Team Leader to join our team at Hart Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the sales order processing activities, managing a team of 5, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales orders for both UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and optimize sales order processing activities
  • Manage and support a team of 5, including credit control
  • Manage sickness, absence, performance development, and one-to-ones
  • Manage sales orders process for UK and international markets
  • Be the main point of contact for escalations and communication between warehouse, factory, and internal departments
  • Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions
  • Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to schedule field service bookings
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasting reports
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, with ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and sales order processing/administration
  • Knowledge of Exports is ideal but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
