Job Summary:

Kerry Collins Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Team Leader to join our team. As a Customer Experience Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the sales order processing activities, managing and supporting a team of 5, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales orders for both UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage and support a team of 5, including the credit control team, to achieve performance goals.
  • Sales Order Processing: Oversee and optimize the sales order processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales orders for both UK and international markets.
  • Communication: Be the main point of contact for escalations and communication between the warehouse, factory, and other internal departments.
  • Reporting: Prepare the monthly sales forecasting reports.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with UK and international customers via the telephone, email, or chat to schedule field service bookings based on their preference and service availability.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience working as a Team Leader, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve performance goals.
  • Manufacturing Experience: Experience in a manufacturing environment and sales order processing/administration.
  • Exports Knowledge: Knowledge of Exports.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
