Full Time 37.5 hours


Pattern:
08.00am-23.00pm will work any 5 out of 7 days (7.5 hours per shift)

The calls we handle arise from critical situations, necessitating a team equipped to respond effectively.

Our personnel are meticulously selected and trained, making them some of the most proficient Customer Service Representatives in the field.

As the initial point of contact for emergency calls, you will assist individuals reaching out for Police, Ambulance, Fire Rescue, Coast Guard, and Mountain Rescue services.

With decades of experience in managing emergency communications, we pride ourselves on maintaining composure and providing a dependable service during high-pressure scenarios. All Advisors are based in the UK, ensuring a consistent and reliable service, supported by trusted technology.

In your role as an Emergency Response Advisor, you will swiftly assess the nature of incoming calls and guide them to the appropriate emergency services.

This position transcends the typical call handling role, as you will be aiding individuals during their most urgent times of need, navigating challenging and emotional circumstances.

Your average call duration will be brief, requiring you to follow a structured process while communicating clearly and calmly with the caller.

As an Emergency Response Advisor, you will demonstrate:

Comprehensive training will be provided, along with ongoing support from trainers, team leaders, and colleagues.
