An exciting opportunity has emerged at a prominent international law firm for a Technology Solutions Advisor. This is a permanent position aimed at enhancing the firm's innovation and growth through advanced technological solutions. The primary objective is to lead the adoption and mastery of tools that align with strategic goals, while managing a crucial segment of the solutions portfolio and ensuring they provide transformative value.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the design, development, and execution of comprehensive, innovative technology solutions.
  • Formulating and implementing the legal technology strategy.
  • Engaging in industry events to highlight the firm's accomplishments in legal technology.
  • Promoting the uptake of solutions and identifying reasons for low adoption rates.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with external technology vendors and service providers.
  • Facilitating the support and maintenance strategy for internally developed solutions.
  • Leading experimental programs to evaluate new solutions.
  • Assisting in the negotiation and management of contracts.
  • Monitoring product quality from vendors and addressing any issues.
  • Owning the strategic roadmap for solutions within a designated segment of the portfolio.
  • Managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful solution adoption.
  • Identifying and liaising with vendors that could enhance the capabilities of the solutions portfolio.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Extensive proficiency and experience in utilizing the Microsoft PowerPlatform and other relevant technologies, including document automation, contract lifecycle management, artificial intelligence, e-discovery, knowledge management, and data analytics.
  • A solid history of successfully driving and managing technology projects and initiatives from conception through implementation and evaluation.
  • Strong background in legal technology, innovation, or digital transformation, ideally within a law firm, legal technology provider, or technology consulting environment.
  • A passionate vision regarding the role and impact of technology in the legal sector, with the ability to advocate effectively to diverse audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of specific areas within the legal technology landscape, such as document automation, contract lifecycle management, or artificial intelligence.
