About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Vice President to join our team at Advisor Group. As a Sales Vice President, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients and independent producers, driving sales growth through strategic partnerships and innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve target premium sales and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, independent producers, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide expert guidance and support to producers on sales strategies, product knowledge, and case design.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in life insurance sales and/or wholesaling, with a strong emphasis on client-facing interactions and sales production.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients and producers.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products, technical planning techniques, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working with financial advisors inside institutional relationships and RIA's.
- Knowledge of CRM technology and ability to leverage it for reporting and documentation.
