Role Summary:

In the capacity of a Technology Solutions Advisor, you will be instrumental in propelling our organization's innovation and expansion by utilizing state-of-the-art technological solutions. As a visionary and champion, you will ensure these solutions provide substantial value, engaging a wide array of stakeholders, from legal professionals to clients and service providers, to highlight the advantages of incorporating technology into legal practices.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Contribute actively to the formulation and implementation of our legal technology roadmap.
  • Represent Picture More Ltd at industry conferences, demonstrating our accomplishments in legal technology.
  • Supervise both internally developed and externally acquired solutions, ensuring alignment with the organization's requirements and standards.
  • Foster and enhance partnerships with external technology providers, negotiating agreements and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external parties to guarantee the successful rollout and adoption of new technological solutions.
  • Lead research and development initiatives focused on emerging technologies, conducting pilot projects to evaluate new solutions.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, nurturing a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Experience: Proven background in legal technology, innovation, or digital transformation within a law firm, legal technology provider, or technology consulting environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft PowerPlatform and other pertinent technologies, including document automation, artificial intelligence, contract lifecycle management, and data analytics.
  • Visionary Outlook: A deep-seated enthusiasm for the role of technology in the legal field, with the capability to advocate and communicate this vision to diverse audiences.
