Position Overview

As a Technology Solutions Consultant at Picture More Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our legal service offerings.

Your responsibilities will encompass not only the seamless integration of innovative solutions but also the enhancement of their effectiveness. You will advocate for the adoption of cutting-edge technologies by spearheading training and communication efforts, enabling both internal teams and external partners to fully utilize our technological advancements. Your contributions will be essential in nurturing a culture of innovation and technological proficiency throughout the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of our legal technology strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
  • Participate in industry conferences and discussions to remain updated on trends and best practices in legal technology.
  • Encourage user engagement with solutions in your domain and provide feedback on any challenges to adoption.
  • Oversee the maintenance and support framework for proprietary solutions within your area of responsibility.
  • Establish and sustain effective relationships with external technology providers and service partners.
  • Help manage service agreements and performance metrics for vendors, offering insights on service delivery quality.
  • Lead the design, development, and rollout of new technological solutions to meet the evolving demands of the firm and its clients.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, including legal professionals, clients, and vendors, to ensure the successful implementation and uptake of solutions.
  • Support change management, training, and communication initiatives related to new technology deployments.
  • Research and assess new vendors to enhance our solutions portfolio and engage in pilot initiatives to evaluate innovative offerings.
  • Commit to ongoing learning and contribute to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven background in legal technology, innovation, or digital transformation, ideally within a law firm, legal technology provider, or consulting environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in managing and leading technology projects from conception to execution. Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPlatform and other relevant technologies, including document automation, contract lifecycle management, artificial intelligence, e-discovery, and data analytics.
  • Industry Insight: Strong understanding of a specific segment within the legal technology domain, such as e-discovery or data analytics.
  • Interpersonal Abilities: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the capacity to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for identifying and implementing innovative technological solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Flexibility: Highly collaborative, adaptable, and capable of working efficiently across various functions and locations.
