Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Technology Strategies: Lead the design, development, and implementation of holistic, innovative technology solutions that align with our business objectives.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive business growth through technology adoption and innovation.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of technology solutions.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships: Maintain and enhance relationships with external technology vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Lead Experimentation Programs: Design and lead experimentation programs to test new technology solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate and manage contracts with technology vendors.
  • Monitor Vendor Performance: Regularly monitor the quality of products provided by vendors and report any issues to ensure optimal solution delivery.
  • Develop and Maintain Solution Roadmaps: Own the roadmap for technology solutions within a defined part of our portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: A high level of proficiency in using and leveraging the Microsoft PowerPlatform, as well as other relevant technologies, such as document automation, contract lifecycle management, artificial intelligence, e-discovery, knowledge management, and data analytics.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of driving and managing successful technology projects and initiatives, from ideation to implementation and evaluation.
  • Industry Experience: Strong experience in legal technology, innovation, or digital transformation, preferably in a law firm, legal technology provider, or technology consulting practice.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various audiences.
  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of the legal technology landscape and the ability to identify and implement innovative and effective technology solutions for our clients.
